Inner Journey Online Cohort for Practitioners
In this course, Caroline Eick explains how many of our self-defeating behaviors are fueled by unrecognized emotional cravings wired in our neuropathways, and that keep us in repetitive survival modes of fight, flight or freeze; and further explains the hereto underestimated role of the heart in transforming core emotional cravings. Participants will also have an opportunity to witness live examples of how distressing emotional habits that loop in our nervous system, keep us in reactive states until we identify them, and through the practice of heart-focused attention, transform their energy.
This practitioner-focused psychoeducational curriculum also includes experiential practices.
