The Center for Heart-Mind Coherence is offering weekly Core Emotional Addiction meetings. The format includes a 10 minute presentation on the particular core addiction explored on any given Tuesday. Following the presentation, participants are invited to pose questions or bring up issues to be answered and explored by the facilitator and co-founder of the Center, Caroline Eick. The meetings are intended to be educational and exploratory and are recorded. These audio recordings are made available on the website for those who cannot attend live meetings.
