Dear friends and colleagues:

Given the continued uncertainties surrounding the pandemic and the warnings about a rise in Covid-19 infections in the fall, and furthermore, given the overwhelming experiential focus of our conference, an approach that is incompatible with an online format, we are postponing the conference until next year. We will be announcing new dates in February of 2021.

If you would like to opt-out of registering online and would prefer to mail your registration, please use this form. Please note that the mail-in form needs to be postmarked on or before September 2, 2020, to be eligible for the early bird price.

Your information will be kept private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.

Refund:
If for any reason you decide not to attend the conference after having registered, we will refund 50% of your fee after receiving a written request 15 days prior to the first day of the conference.
